2 Tbsp. Big Y brown sugar, packed

2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce

2 Tbsp. hot water

2 Tbsp. miso (soybean paste)

½ Tbsp. fresh ginger root, grated

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

-sea salt to taste

4 6-oz. fresh Atlantic salmon fillets, about 1-inch thick

-Big Y no-stick cooking spray

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat broiler. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, water, miso, ginger, garlic and salt to taste. 3. Place fish in a shallow baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Spoon miso mixture evenly over top. 4. Broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting twice with miso mixture, during broiling.
