3 Tea Guys Bergamot Vanilla Lavender Tea Bags

1 1/2 cups hot water

1 1/2 pounds Smart Chicken Organic Chicken Breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 lemon, juiced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence

- Kosher salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to season

DIRECTIONS

1. Steep Tea Guys in hot water for 15-20 minutes, then discard tea bags.
2. Place chicken in one gallon plastic bag and add steeped tea, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Remove as much air from the bag as possible and seal bag.
3. Place bag in refrigerator and marinate 8-12 hours or at least 1 hour.
4. When ready to prepare, remove chicken from bag and pat dry. Lightly coat both sides of chicken with additional olive oil then season with Herbs de Provence, salt and pepper.
5. Grill chicken until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve with maple roasted parsnips and lightly sautéed spinach, or your favorite sides.
