1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a large serving bowl, combine tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt and pepper to taste; mix well.

4. Cover and store in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
