2/3 cup Big Y honey

2/3 cup sriracha sauce

4 garlic cloves, minced

3 Tbsp. Big Y reduced-sodium soy sauce

2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

4 lb. chicken wings

-Big Y salt and ground black pepper to taste

-lime wedges, chili pepper slices, flat-leaf parsley

DIRECTIONS

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha sauce, garlic, soy sauce and lime juice; reserve a third. 2. Place remaining half of honey mixture in an extra-large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken wings and salt and pepper to taste. Seal and toss to coat; let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 3. Set up a gas or charcoal grill for medium heat (350°F-400°F). Place chicken on grill, cover and cook, turning often, for 26-28 minutes or until almost cooked through; discard used marinade. 4. Place grilled wings in a large bowl, add reserved honey mixture and toss to coat well. 5. Serve wings garnished with lime wedges, chili pepper slices and parsley if desired.
