¼ cup Big Y grated Parmesan cheese, divided

2 Tbsp. Big Y butter, melted

1 tsp. garlic salt

2 cups pumpkin seeds

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 300°F. In a medium bowl, combine 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, butter and garlic salt. Add pumpkin seeds and toss to coat well. Spread them out in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes; remove from oven, stir and sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over top. Continue to cook for 10 minutes or until seeds begin to brown. Remove from oven, let cool until warm to the touch and serve.
