3 Tbsp. Big Y brown sugar

3 Tbsp. Big Y butter, melted

½ Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

2 cups dried out pumpkin seeds

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 300°F. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, butter and pie spice. Add pumpkin seeds and toss to coat well. Spread them out in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes; remove from oven and stir. Continue to cook for 10 minutes or until seeds begin to brown. Remove from oven, let cool until warm to the touch and serve.
