Note: Wash hands with soap and water.1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a 9-inch deep-dish pie pan with cooking spray; set aside.
2. In a large bowl, gently combine peaches, strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, 3 tablespoons flour and kosher salt; spoon into prepared pan.
3. In a medium bowl, combine remaining flour and cinnamon, oats, both nuts, brown sugar and salt. Blend in butter with your fingertips, fork or pastry blender until mixture forms pea-size clumps; spoon evenly over filling.
4. Bake crumble for 45 minutes or until filling is bubbling and top is lightly browned. Let crumble cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with vanilla ice cream if desired.
