Banana “Ice Cream”

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Peel bananas.

3. Slice into 1/2-inch rounds, then freeze stored in a single layer in a gallon-size freezer bag for at least two hours or overnight.

4. Add frozen bananas to food processor or blender. Rotate between blending and scraping banana off sides until the consistency of the pureed banana turns into ice cream consistency.

5. Serve immediately with toppings of your choice.
