Add All Ingredients

1 cup brown rice cereal

1 cup Big Y® rolled oats

1 cup almond flour

2 large Big Y eggs

1/3 cup Big Y honey

1 teaspoon Big Y vanilla extract

1 tablespoon chia seeds

½ cup Mariani® Sliced Almonds

½ cup dried cranberries

2 teaspoons Big Y cinnamon

¼ teaspoon sea salt

– Big Y no stick cooking spray


1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
3. Coat an 8x8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Pour batter in pan and spread evenly.
4. Flatten and smooth top of mixture with spatula.
5. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing and serving.
