Add All Ingredients

2 large Davidson’s Safest Choice® Pasteurized Eggs, yolks only

1 large Davidson’s Safest Choice® Pasteurized Egg, whole egg

2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice

-- Big Y salt, to taste

--Big Y ground black pepper, to taste

1 ½ cup Big Y olive oil

DIRECTIONS


1. Add egg yolks and whole egg to a food processor and puree for 1 minute.
2. With the food processor off, add lemon juice and salt and pepper.
3. Process another minute.
4. Turn the food processor on and slowly add olive oil until completely emulsified, or blended.
