Sloppy Joe Beef Pie

Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. In a large saucepan, add potatoes. Add enough water to just cover; place over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
2. Cook potatoes for 15 minutes or until tender and can be easily pierced with a fork; drain and place in a large bowl.
3. Add butter, milk and sour cream and mash to desired consistency; fold in cheese.
4. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine ground beef, onion and garlic and cook for 6 minutes or until beef is cooked through; drain.
5. Return pan to stove and stir in sloppy Joe mix, water, tomato sauce and tomato paste; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 7 minutes or until heated through; stir in carrots and peas.
6. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
7. Spoon beef mixture into a large casserole dish; top with mashed potato mixture.
8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is bubbly and top is golden.
