1/4 cup fat-free sour cream

1 garlic clove, minced

1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

–Big Y salt and ground black pepper to taste

3 Big Y 8-inch tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil

Mashed avocado

1 minced and seeded jalapeno, to taste

4 slices roast turkey breast , cut up (3 ounces)

1 slice Pepper Jack cheese

Shredded lettuce

3-4 strips of bacon, cooked and drained

4 Roma tomato slices

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, garlic, lime juice, cayenne pepper and salt and ground black pepper to taste; set aside. Preheat broiler. Brush both sides of tortillas with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet and broil for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Top one tortilla with some sour cream mixture, 2 tablespoons mashed avocado, 1 tablespoon seeded and chopped jalapeno, turkey and cheese. Place another tortilla on top and spread with some sour cream mixture and 2 tablespoons mashed avocado and 1 tablespoon jalapeno. Top with lettuce, bacon, tomato and a few dollops of the sour cream mixture. Top with remaining tortilla and cut into 4 wedges.
