1½ lb. fresh lean ground beef

1/3 cup scallions, chopped

2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp. Big Y ground black pepper

1/2 cup Big Y orange marmalade

1/2 cup Big Y barbecue sauce

2 Tbsp. Tropicana Pure Premium orange juice

-few dashes Big Y Louisiana hot sauce

- Big Y no-stick cooking spray

6 slices Big Y canned pineapple

6 Big Y sesame seeded hamburger buns, split and toasted

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, scallions, Worcestershire and pepper; mix well. Shape mixture into six 1-inch thick patties. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine orange marmalade, barbecue sauce, orange juice and hot sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring often; remove from heat and let cool. Once cool, reserve a ¼ cup and set aside. Spray a grill rack with cooking spray and preheat to medium. Add burgers and grill for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness is reached, turning and brushing often with marmalade/barbecue mixture. Place pineapple slices on grill and cook for approximately 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Serve burgers on toasted buns with lettuce, pineapple rings and reserved marmalade/barbecue mixture.
