Add All Ingredients

1 1/4 cups each Crystal Farms shredded cheddar and Swiss cheeses

1 1/4 cups Gruyère cheese, shredded

1/4 cup Big Y all-purpose flour, divided

1/2 tsp. Big Y paprika

1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp. Big Y garlic powder

3 Tbsp. Big Y butter

2 cups Big Y milk

1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

-Big Y salt and ground black pepper to taste

-assortment of fresh vegetables

-assortment of cubed bread

DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl, toss together grated cheeses with 1 tablespoon flour; set aside. In a small bowl, combine remaining flour, paprika, nutmeg and garlic powder. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, add butter. Once melted, add flour mixture and stir until smooth. Add milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly until the sauce is creamy. Add cheese mixture, a little at a time, stirring well after each addition; cook until mixture is smooth. Stir in lemon juice and salt and black pepper to taste. Pour mixture into a fondue pot and keep warm over low heat. Serve with an assorted fresh vegetables and bread.
