Add All Ingredients

12 6-in. Big Y flour tortillas

1 pkg. Big Y taco seasoning

1 cup Big Y salsa

1/2 cup Crystal Farms shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups lettuce, chopped


Preheat oven to 350°F. Microwave tortillas on HIGH for 30 seconds. Press 1 tortilla into each of 8, 21/2-inch muffin cups. Carefully fold back edges of tortillas, leaving an opening in center for filling. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining tortillas. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown meat; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and salsa and bring to boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes. May need to add up to 1/2 cup water if beef mixture looks too dry. Spoon beef mixture into tortilla bowls and top with remaining ingredients.
