Add All Ingredients

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

4 medium carrots, peeled and sliced 1/2-inch thick on an angle

1 PaperChef Culinary Parchment Cooking Bag

-- Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and olive oil.
3. Add sliced carrots to parchment bag. Pour honey-oil mixture over carrots and season with salt and pepper.
4. Fold parchment bag down three times to close well then shake to coat carrots with seasonings.
5. Place bag on baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and let rest on stove for 5 minutes. Slowly open the bag, being careful of steam released.
7. Remove carrots from bag and serve.
