  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Rinse fresh produce.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. In a large bowl, combine oil, garlic powder and salt. Add cauliflower and toss to coat well.
  5. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in air-fryer basket. Cook until florets are tender and edges are browned, about 14 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. In a large bowl, combine wing sauce and melted butter. Add cauliflower and toss to coat well.
  7. Serve with blue cheese dressing for dipping, if desired.
