Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, horseradish, Dijon mustard, green onion and pepper.
4. Spread a generous amount on the inside of 4 rolls.
5. Fill each roll with equal amounts of roast beef, cucumber, tomato, spring mix and onion.
