4 1/2 cups frozen sliced peaches, thawed

1/2 cup Food Club sugar, divided

1 1/2 teaspoon Full Circle Market Organic ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon Full Circle Market Organic ground nutmeg

2 tablespoons plus 1 1/2 cups buttermilk pancake mix, divided

2 tablespoons Food Club maple syrup

1/3 cup Food Club salted butter, cut into cubes

1/3 cup water

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2: Wash hands with soap and water.

Step 3: In a large bowl, combine peaches, ¼ cup sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, 2 tablespoons pancake mix and maple syrup; mix well.

Step 4: Spoon fruit mixture into a 9-inch square glass baking dish; set aside.

Step 5: In a medium bowl, combine remaining pancake mix and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Add water and stir to make a soft dough. Spoon over filling and sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons sugar.

Step 6: Place baking dish on a foil-lined cookie sheet and bake for 50 minutes or until filling is bubbly and top is nicely browned.

Step 7: Top with whipped or ice cream before serving.
