1 pound lean ground beef

1/3 cup Food Club plain breadcrumbs

2/3 cup onion, finely chopped, divided

1 egg white

1/4 teaspoon Full Circle Market Organic garlic powder

-Full Circle Market sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste

1 (12-ounce) jar fat-free beef gravy

2 tablespoons Food Club Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup Big Y whole white mushrooms, diced

1 large Yukon Gold potato, peeled and cut into chunks

1 large head cauliflower, chopped

2 cups water

1/4 cup shredded part-skim Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons Food Club salted butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup Big Y low-fat sour cream

Step 1: Wash hands with soap and water.

Step 2: Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.

Step 3: In a large bowl, combine beef, breadcrumbs, ? cup onion, egg white, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Firmly shape into 6 oval patties.

Step 4: Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, cook patties for 4 minutes per side or until browned; remove from skillet and set aside.

Step 5: In the same skillet, add gravy, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms and remaining onion; heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low.

Step 6: Return patties to pan, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until patties reach an internal temperature of 160°F as verified with an instant-read food thermometer.

Step 7: While patties are simmering, in a large pot over medium-high heat, boil potato and cauliflower in water for 12 minutes or until tender; drain and place in a large bowl. Add cheese, margarine and garlic and using a potato masher, mash mixture to desired consistency. Mix in sour cream, salt and pepper. Serve patties with cauliflower mash.
