1 pound turkey smoked sausage, sliced

1 small onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

- pinch red pepper flakes

2 (14.5-ounce) cans Food Club reduced-sodium chicken broth

2 cups water

2/3 cup dry rotini pasta

1 (15.5-ounce) can reduced-sodium cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

-Full Circle Market sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste

1 bunch spinach, chopped

Step 1: Wash hands with soap and water.

Step 2: Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.

Step 3: Coat a large pan with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Once hot, add sausage and cook for 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as verified with an instant-read food thermometer.

Step 4: Coat a large saucepan or Dutch oven with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add onions and sauté for 3 minutes or until tender. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for another minute. Add broth, water and pasta and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add cooked sausage, beans, salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes. Add spinach and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
