6 cups cooked penne pasta

1 tablespoon Food Club olive oil

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 small yellow onion chopped

¼ teaspoon Full Circle Market Organic crushed red pepper flakes

4 cups tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped

1 cup Food Club tomato sauce

1 Tbsp. Food Club olive oil

¼ tsp. Full Circle Market Organic crushed red pepper flakes

¼ tsp. Food Club salt

3 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped

1 small yellow onion, chopped

¼ teaspoon Food Club salt

3 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

3 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1: Wash hands with soap and water.

Step 2: Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.

Step 3: Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.

Step 4: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil. Once hot, add garlic, onion and red pepper flakes and sauté for 1 minute; add tomatoes, tomato sauce and salt.

Step 5: Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in basil, parsley and pasta and cook for 1 minute. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
