2 cups Food Club all-purpose flour

3/4 cup Food Club sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

3/4 teaspoon Food Club salt

1 cup fresh cranberries, roughly chopped

3/4 cup buttermilk

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

2 Big Y large eggs, room temperature

1 teaspoon Big Y vanilla extract

1/2 cup Food Club unsalted butter, melted and cooled

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour bottom and sides of a loaf pan; set aside.

Step 2: Wash hands with soap and water.

Step 3: Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.

Step 4: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; stir in cranberries. Wash hands with soap and water after handling raw flour.

Step 5: In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk, orange juice, eggs and vanilla. Add buttermilk mixture and melted butter to flour mixture; gently fold until blended. Wash hands with soap and water after handling raw eggs.

Step 6: Spread batter into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean; let cool for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
