1 (8-ounce) pkg. Food Club cream cheese, softened
5 Big Y large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Food Club salted butter, melted
1/2 cup Food Club honey
1 teaspoon Full Circle Market Organic ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Food Club salt
7 cups wide egg noodles, cooked, drained
2 cups apples, chopped
1/2 cup raisins, optional

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
Step 2: Wash hands with soap and water.
Step 3: Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.
Step 4: In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, eggs, butter, honey, cinnamon and salt. Add noodles, apples and raisins; mix well. Wash hands with soap and water after handling raw eggs.
Step 5: Transfer mixture to prepared dish and bake for 50 minutes or until set.
