Ingredients

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, mustard, orange juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Place 3/4 of marinade in a 1-gallon resealable food storage bag; add pork and seal bag. Turn to coat all surfaces of pork. Wash hands after handling raw pork. Refrigerate on a large plate placed on the lowest shelf in your refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.

4. Coat a grill pan with cooking spray and preheat to medium. Add pork and cook for 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit as verified with an instant-read food thermometer. Baste pork with remaining marinade during last 5 minutes of cooking time.

5. When the pork is done, transfer to a cutting board, cover loosely with aluminum foil and let rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
