1/2 cup Food Club honey

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

2 garlic cloves, crushed

2 tablespoons stone ground mustard

1 cup Big Y orange juice

1/2 cup Food Club olive oil

Full Circle Market sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Step 1: Wash hands with soap and water.

Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, mustard, orange juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Place ¾ of marinade in a 1-gallon resealable food storage bag; add pork and seal bag. Turn to coat all surfaces of pork. Refrigerate on a large plate placed on the lowest shelf in your refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Step 3: Coat a grill pan with cooking spray and preheat to medium. Add pork and cook for 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F as verified with an instant-read food thermometer. Baste pork with remaining ¼ marinade during last 5 minutes of cooking time.

Step 4: When the pork is done, transfer to a cutting board, cover loosely with aluminum foil and let rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
