14 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon

1/2 cup mascarpone cheese

1/2 cup Food Club cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup fresh chives, snipped

3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

-Full Circle Market ground black pepper, to taste

24 slices whole grain baguette

-fresh parsley leaves, for garnish

Step 1: Wash hands with soap and water.

Step 2: Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.

Step 3: Cut salmon into 21/2 x 1-inch strips; set aside.

Step 4: In a medium bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, chives, dill and pepper; mix until softened and fluffy.

Step 5: To assemble, spread bread slices with cheese mixture. Top with a strip of salmon and garnish with parsley.
