1 Food Club refrigerated pie crust, thawed according to package directions
2 cups leftover turkey, roughly chopped
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
2 cups firm ripe pear, roughly chopped
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 cup Food Club sour cream
3 tablespoons Big Y heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, chopped

Step 1: Wash hands with soap and water.
Step 2: Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.
Step 3: Place pie crust in a tart pan and prebake according to package directions; remove from oven and let cool.
Step 4: Set oven heat to 375°F.
Step 5: In a large bowl, combine turkey, blue cheese, pears, pecans, cranberries, sour cream and heavy cream. Transfer turkey mixture to cooked pie crust and sprinkle with thyme, parsley, salt and pepper. Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese melts and tart is heated through. Remove from oven and cool for 20 minutes before serving.
