1/2 15-ounce package Against the Grain Gourmet Gluten Free Fresh Rosemary Baguettes thawed, halved horizontally and cut crosswise into 3-inch pieces
2 tablespoons Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
1/4 teaspoon Full Circle Market sea salt, divided
3 large Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 large garlic clove, minced
1/8 teaspoon Full Circle Market Organic ground black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped plus additional leaves for garnish (optional)
2 teaspoons Filippo Berio Balsamic Glaze

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Wash hands with soap and running water.
Step 3: Rinse fresh produce under running water.
Step 4: Place baguette pieces, cut side up, on rimmed baking pan; brush with 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon salt. Bake bread 8 minutes or until edges are slightly crisp.
Step 5: In large skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Add tomatoes, garlic, pepper and remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt; cook 2 minutes or until fragrant, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in chopped basil. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
Step 6: Serve baguette pieces topped with tomato mixture drizzled with balsamic glaze garnished with basil leaves, if desire.
