1: Wash hands with soap and water.
2: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
3: Pace bacon in single layer and baguette slices in single layer on prepared pans. Bake bacon 17 minutes or until crisp, and baguette slices 12 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp; tranfser bacon to paper towel-lined plate. Let bacon cool; chop.
4: Place cheese in 9-inch round baking dish or cast-iron skillet; spread spreadable fruit on top, and sprinkle with almonds and brown sugar. Bake cheese 14 minutes or until very soft.
5: Sprinkle bacon over and around cheese; serve with crostini.
