1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 (15-oz.) can Food Club tomato sauce

1 (14.5-oz.) can Food Club flavored diced tomatoes, undrained

1/2 cup water

1/2 (16-oz.) box uncooked macaroni noodles

1/2 cup Food Club canned corn, drained

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

-sea salt and Full Circle Market Organic ground black pepper, to taste

-a few dashes of cayenne pepper

2 cups Food Club Shredded Cheese


1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine ground beef, onion and garlic. Wash hands with soap and water after handling raw beef. Cook mixture for 6 minutes or until meat is cooked to a temperature of 160°F as verified by an instant-read food thermometer, breaking it up with the back of a spoon; drain.

3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

4. Return skillet with beef to medium heat and add diced tomatoes, water, macaroni, corn, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and a few dashes of cayenne pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Transfer mixture to a large casserole dish.

5. Top with cheese and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
