Eggnog Cinnamon Quick Bread

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat an 8x4-inch loaf pan generously with non-stick cooking spray.

3. In a large bowl, combine quick bread mix (large clear package), nutmeg, eggnog, oil, eggs and rum extract, if using. Wash hands after handling raw eggs.

4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup of the swirl mix. Pour remaining quick bread batter over swirl mix (small clear packet). Drizzle remaining swirl mix on top.

5. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool on rack for 20 minutes.

6. Drizzle glaze (glaze packet) over cooled loaf.
