Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix oil and seasoning in large bowl. Add chicken and potatoes; toss to coat well.
4. Place chicken and potatoes in single layer on foil-lined baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Wash hands after handling raw chicken.
5. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit as verified with an instant-read food thermometer and potatoes are tender, turning potatoes occasionally.
