2 cups leftover Full Circle Market turkey, cubed

2 cups Red Delicious apples, cored and chopped

1 cup celery, sliced

¼ cup pecans, chopped

½ cup Big Y mayonnaise

½ cup Big Y sour cream

3 tsp. fresh lemon juice

2 tsp. Big Y Dijon mustard

¼ cup Big Y sugar

-Big Y salt and white pepper to taste

-leaf lettuce

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, combine turkey, apples, celery and pecans. 2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard and sugar. Stir into turkey mixture; season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Spoon salad onto lettuce-lined plates and sprinkle with additional chopped pecans, if desired.
