Add All Ingredients

1 teaspoon Turmeric

1/4 teaspoon Big Y Ground Cinnamon

2 cups water

1 Bigelow Green Tea Bag

Big Y Honey, to taste


Boil turmeric and cinnamon in water. Turn o heat and add tea bag to water. Let steep for 3 minutes. Add honey to sweeten, if desired. Let cool for 1 minute and enjoy!
