Topco Associates has issued a recall for 10 FL OZ (296 mL) bottles of TopCare Magnesium Citrate Saline Laxative Oral Solution Lemon Flavor, due to the presence of the pathogen Gluconacetobacter liquefaciens found in the product.
This is a safety issue. Immunocompromised patients, who consume this product, may be at increased risk for invasive infections caused by Gluconacetobacter liquefaciens that could lead to serious health consequences.
Upon returning any below listed product to your local Big Y, you will receive a full refund.
