Planet Oat Ice Cream Recall

HP Hood LLC is recalling a limited number of pint containers of Planet Oat Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Planet Oat Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert with a Best By date of 12/17/22. Some Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl product, which contains peanuts, was packaged in a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough container, which does not contain the peanut allergen statement. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanuts may run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

This recall does not apply to any other UPC codes, “Best By” dates, or varieties of Planet Oat frozen dessert products.

To date, there have been no reports of an allergic reaction.

If you have any of the products listed below, they should be thrown away or returned to your local Big Y for a full refund.
