Once Upon a Farm has issued a voluntary market withdrawal for Once Upon a Farm Organic Dairy-Free Oatmeal Blend Banana due to the potential product spoilage. This only affects a small number of packages with a use-by date of 9/22/2024. This is not a food safety issue.

Upon returning the product to your local Big Y or with the proof of purchase (if the product was discarded), you will receive a full refund.
