Cranberry Orange Quick Bread

Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour bottom and sides of a loaf pan; set aside.
4. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; stir in cranberries. Wash hands with soap and water after handling raw flour.
5. In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk, orange juice, eggs and vanilla. Add buttermilk mixture and melted butter to flour mixture; gently fold until blended. Wash hands with soap and water after handling raw eggs.
6. Spread batter into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean; let cool for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
