1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Pour turkey drippings from roasting pan through a sieve into a 4-cup measuring cup. Add chicken broth to drippings to reach 4 cups if necessary. Pour mixture into a medium saucepan, place it over medium-low heat and let simmer.

3. In a large saucepan over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, add flour, whisking constantly until mixture is smooth. Add half hot broth mixture, whisking until mixture is smooth. Add remaining broth mixture, whisking until smooth. Add browning & seasoning sauce and season with salt and pepper.

4.  Let cook for 10 minutes or until thickened to desired consistency.
