Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a small bowl, combine taco seasoning and chicken; toss to coat well.

4. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until heated through; remove from the stove and place in a large bowl. Add black beans, jalapeño, tomatoes, bell pepper and red onion and mix to combine.

5. Place chips on a large serving tray and top with chicken mixture. Top with shredded cheese and serve with guacamole and sour cream.
