Quick and easy comfort food that will have the whole family asking for more

Ingredients:
2-1 lb packages Big Y Pizza Dough
1 package Big Y Hot Italian Sausage
1 lb sliced Big Y Provolone Cheese
1 lb Broccoli
Instructions:
Cook sausage according to package instructions; remove from oven and allow to cool. Steam broccoli for 8 - 10 minutes in a double boiler; remove from heat and allow to cool. Place sausage in a food processor and process until sausage texture resembles ground beef. Preheat oven to 375. Roll one package of Big Y dough on a cutting board to a large round. Starting at the top of the round, add a layer of provolone cheese, a large scoop of sausage and a large scoop of broccoli. Roll the dough towards you like a jelly roll - tucking in the ends as you go. Repeat the layering and rolling twice. Follow same steps with the 2nd lb of dough. Place the two loaves on a baking sheet and make three score marks on the top of each loaf to allow steam to escape. Bake at 375 for approximately 40 minutes or until dough is browned.
