Delicious, healthy and quick to prepare. chicken tenders (at Big Y often they are buy one get two) in a savory garlic and white wine sauce with white beans and tender broccoli florets.

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders
1 can of Big Y white beans undrained
2 heads of broccoli florets cut small (can substitute artichoke hearts)
1/2 cup (or so) white wine (optional)
1/4 cup Big Y chicken broth (low fat/sodium)
3 cloves of fresh chopped garlic (I actually use more!)
whole wheat flour/fresh ground pepper/fresh parsley/dried basil
olive oil
a bit of real butter
Instructions:
Dip/pat chicken tenders in whole wheat flour mixture heat olive oil and butter in fry pan over medium heat add garlic saute briefly brown chicken tenders - remove from pan add broccoli, beans with liquid from can, chicken broth saute until broccoli is crisp/tender add white wine add chicken and heat through serve over/with brown rice - risotto
