Makes 6 (1 1⁄2-cup) servings.

Dressing
3⁄4 cup Big Y light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Big Y Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. anchovy paste
5 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Salad
9 cups romaine lettuce, washed and chopped into bite-size pieces
1⁄2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, shaved
1 cup dried cranberries
In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Divide lettuce between 6 serving dishes. Sprinkle salads with cheese and cranberries. Top with desired amount of dressing.
