Ingredients:
1⁄2 tsp. ground cumin
1⁄2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
2⁄3 cup Big Y grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2 pkg. refrigerated breadstick dough
4 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
– poppy seeds
2 Tbsp. Big Y butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350˚F.

In a small bowl, combine cumin, cayenne pepper and 1⁄3 cup Parmesan cheese. Lay refrigerated dough out flat on the counter. Evenly sprinkle dough with cumin mixture and onion flakes, making sure to gently press into the dough. Pull each breadstick apart and twist according to package directions; place breadsticks on ungreased baking sheets. Top breadsticks with remaining Parmesan cheese and poppy seeds and lightly press into dough. Place in the oven and bake for 11 to
13 minutes or until breadsticks are golden brown. Remove and let
cool on wire racks. When just warm, brush straws with melted butter.
