1 package Shady Brook Farms® Scallopini-style Turkey Breast
½ cup Ken’s® Healthy OptionsTM Italian with Romano & Red Pepper
½ cup Big Y® plain bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Big Y® extra virgin olive oil
25 ounce jar Emeril’s Pasta SauceTM
12 ounce box Full Circle® whole wheat pasta
1. Begin by cooking pasta according to package instructions.
2. Dip turkey in salad dressing to coat.
3. Roll evenly in bread crumbs.
4. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Cook turkey for 5 minutes on each side (or until no longer pink ) and internal temperature reaches 170°F.
6. Meanwhile, heat pasta sauce in small saucepan over low-medium heat.
7. Place one half a fillet on ¾ cup pasta and top with ¼ cup sauce.
