Ingredients:
1 12-inch pre-baked pizza crust

8 ounces Sorrento® Part Skim Ricotta Cheese

4 ounces Sorrento® Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

1, 10 ounce package Big Y® frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 large tomato, sliced

½ cup onion, chopped

¼ teaspoon Big Y® red pepper flakes, crushed
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Spread ingredients over crust and sprinkle with cheese.

3. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

4. Cut pizza into 8 slices and serve.
