2 large pre-made pizza crusts
1 1/2 cups prepared pizza sauce
Topping Options:
Carando® Genoa Salami, thinly sliced
Carando® Pepperoni, thinly sliced
Carando® Prosciutto, thinly sliced
Diced tomatoes
Marinated artichoke hearts
Roasted red peppers
Fresh basil
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Shredded or sliced Provolone cheese
Whole milk Ricotta cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning blend, to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place prepared pizza crusts on foil lined baking sheets. Spread each crust lightly with 3/4 cup prepared pizza sauce. Arrange any variety of your favorite toppings, including Carando Deli Meats, onto pizzas.Top each pizza with 2 cups (8 oz.) of your favorite cheese (or combination of cheeses), a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake at 400°F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and just beginning to turn golden brown.
