Ingredients:
1/3 cup low fat or fat free mayonnaise
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
5 (9-inch) flour tortillas (regular, sun dried tomato or spinach)
1 head Romaine lettuce, washed with leaves separated
1 bunch green onions, washed well with white bulb end removed
1 lb. favorite Carando® Italian Deli Meat, thinly sliced
5 (1-oz.) slices favorite cheese
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup head purple cabbage, finely shredded
Instructions:
Mix mayonnaise and mustard together to create your bistro sauce. Spread -2 tablespoons bistro sauce onto tortilla. Place 2 Romaine leaves end to end on the upper part of the tortilla. Top with 2 green onions, 3 ounces Carando Deli Meat, and 1 slice cheese. Finish by topping with red pepper strips, carrots and purple cabbage to taste. Roll bundle up tightly to form a wrap sandwich, cut and serve. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
