Makes about 1½ cups.

2 cups frozen peaches, thawed and finely chopped
2 Tbsp. Big Y sugar
½ tsp. Big Y ground cinnamon
½ cup Big Y natural apple juice
– dash ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
¼ cup water
Step 1: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine peaches, sugar, cinnamon, apple juice and nutmeg; bring to a boil.
Step 2: Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 3: Dissolve cornstarch in water; add to saucepan. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until thickened to desired consistency.
