Description:

Ingredients:
1 10-oz. pkg. Big Y frozen sliced strawberries in juice, thawed 
½ cup light corn syrup
1 tsp. Big Y vanilla extract
– dash Big Y salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
¼ cup water
Instructions:
Step 1: Place strawberries with juice in a blender and blend until smooth; transfer to a medium saucepan.
Step 2: Stir in syrup, vanilla and salt and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Step 3: Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes.
Step 4: Dissolve cornstarch in water; add to saucepan. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until thickened to desired consistency.
