Makes 12 (2-pancake; 2-Tbsp. syrup) servings.

1 12-oz. pkg. Big Y frozen no sugar added blueberries, thawed
½ cup water, divided
1⁄3 cup Big Y sugar
1 Tbsp. Big Y butter
– dash ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp. Big Y lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
24 frozen pancakes
Step 1: In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine blueberries, ¼ cup water, sugar, butter, nutmeg and lemon juice; bring to a boil.
Step 2: Reduce heat and simmer until berries are soft.
Step 3: Dissolve cornstarch in remaining water; add to blueberries and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until syrup thickens. Remove from heat.
Step 4: Cook pancakes according to package directions and serve with blueberry syrup.
